We are pleased to announce that Heretics and Lovers – Lungfish EP is now available for free download. To co-inside with this release we have just launched http://www.hereticsandlovers.com where you are able to view all the EP lyrics and linear notes with some pretty stunning artwork by the one and only Luke Beard in a fancy digital booklet format. Angelfest III (aka Mincesaurcefest) is a 15 hour free music festival, hosted at the Angel Hotel featuring a range of the best talent located in the Forest of Dean and surronding areas. We are pleased to announce all our bands will be playing this alldayer on Saturday March 6th. Set times for each band is as follows:

Heretics And Lovers – 7.15pm – Wild Boar Stage
The Peppermint Hunting Lodge – 11.00pm – Wild Boar Stage
Rookie/Error – 1.00am – Slaughtered Lamb Stage

The Peppermint Hunting Lodge will be playing across the UK in Febuary as part of the lodgenessMONZ tour. The tour kicks off Valentines Eve at Gloucester Guildhall. Please come out and support The lodge at which ever dates you can!

I had a nice suprise the other evening, I came home and found that the guys from The Peppermint Hunting lodge, had created a music video for I Like To Gamble! The video is a collection of clips of them Recording at Sawmills and Traveling around the UK. It is really nicely put together, despite some minor frame issues. We will be releaseing Heretics and Lovers – Lungfish EP on March 15th. This is the first release since ‘Prayers To An Empty Sky’ and following on from the major changes that happened to the band in 2009. Lungfish will feature 3 brand new tracks from the band coming to over  20 mins of Epic Post-Rock noise. Heretics had spent the last months of 2009 recording the EP with the help of a couple of friends. We will be giving more details of its release in the near future.
